Basics of IT project management
Project Management IT Project Management is considered as an effort to manage number of short term operations, such as creation of new product, server chaning, customization etc with good coordination.
An idea moves to implementation through various phases of project viz. initiation, plan, execution, observation, control and closure. And the major three constraints of Project Management aka Triple Constraints are time, scope and cost.
A successful project should maintain equilibrium of the three. The project is considered as a disaster if one of these goes out of frame.
